[摘要] 为探讨新形势下聘用制人员人事档案管理，本文对本院2000年以来聘用制人员人事档案管理的现状进行分析。聘用制用人方式(人事代理制度)的广泛推行，人事档案社会化的管理，在有效缓解医院人员编制滞后、人才配置受限状况的同时也存在新的问题，带来人事档案管理新的压力。结合现状提出改进设想：建立聘用制人员人事档案管理社会化公共管理服务新模式；建立人才信息网络，实行人事档案信息资源共享。
