[摘要] 目的 探讨西酞普兰合并奥氮平对更年期抑郁症的疗效。 方法 回顾性将2008年8月~2011年5月本院收治的更年期抑郁症患者64例，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组用西酞普兰合并奥氮平治疗，对照组单用西酞普兰治疗，共治疗6周，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、改良的更年期症状评分表Kupperman(KMI)及副反应量表(Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale，TESS)评定疗效。 结果 治疗后，两组总治疗效果(显效+有效)差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 30.64，P < 0.05)；两组HAMD和KMI评分较治疗前均有显著性降低(P < 0.05)；6周后研究组的HAMD评分低于实验组，且差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组不良反应均较少。 结论 西酞普兰合并奥氮平能更加有效地控制患者症状，值得推广。

A comparative study of citalopram angument with olanzapine in the treatment of climacteric depression

[Abstract] Objective To explore the efficacy of citalopram angument with olanzapine in the treatment of climacteric depression. Methods A total of 64 patients with climacteric depression were randomly divided into study group with citalopram combined with olanzapine and control group with citalopram for 12 weeks of treatment. They were assessed and analysed contrastively using Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Kupperman (KMI) and clinical efficacy and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) for side effects. Results After treatment, the difference of total effect between two groups was significant (χ2 = 30.64，P < 0.05); the scores of HAMD and KMI in two groups were both significantly lower than those before treatment. In the 6th weekend of treatment, the scores of HAMD and KMI in study group were significantly lower than those in control group. No severe side effects were found in two groups. Conclusion Citalopram augmented with olanzapine is more efficient to control the symptoms. It is worth of spreading.

绝经前后，妇女由于卵巢功能的衰退，体内激素的剧烈变化，部分妇女会出现以自主神经系统功能紊乱为主，伴有神经精神症状的一系列综合征。在这些综合征中，以抑郁症最为常见。随着人口老年化及对生活质量要求的提高，抑郁症治疗越来越受到重视。国内外研究表明，非典型抗精神病药物可以增加抗抑郁剂的疗效[1-6]。本文探讨西酞普兰合并奥氮平对更年期抑郁症的疗效，并将其与单用西酞普兰治疗更年期抑郁症进行了对照，以提高临床认识。
