输尿管镜下气压弹道治疗ESWL后输尿管石街的体会(2)
总之,输尿管尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石术治疗ESWL后石街,具有成功率高,碎石取石时间短、安全可靠、损伤小、恢复快,术中内置双J管引流,可明显改善肾功能,且可以减轻碎石排出过程中肾绞痛的发作,是治疗ESWL后输尿管石街的较好方法,值得在基层医院推广应用。
