[摘要] 目的 探讨低出生体重儿发生原因及相关因素，为有关部门制定政策和预防措施提供依据。 方法 对深圳市盐田区2001～2010年出生的576例低出生体重儿进行回顾性分析。 结果 低出生体重儿发生率为4.10%(576/14 048)，其中流动人口低出生体重儿发生率为4.77%，常住人口低出生体重儿发生率为3.29%，两者经χ2检验差异有统计学意义；流动人口孕期保健系统管理率仅为19.62%；早产低出生体重儿发生率为55.68%(348/625)，是低出生体重儿发生的第一因素，占低出生体重的60.42%(348/576)，而双胎、胎盘胎膜因素、妊娠期高血压疾病、孕期贫血是引起低出生体重的重要因素。 结论 制定有效政策，加强流动人口管理，做好孕期保健宣传，增强孕期保健意识，加强孕期保健管理是降低低出生体重儿发生的重要环节。

The analysis of factors of low birth weight infant in 576 cases

[Abstract] Objective To explore the status of low birth weight infant and its related factors, so that the evidence could be provided for planning the corresponding policy and preventive measurement. Methods The retrospective study was used to analyzed 576 cases low birth weight infant who were born from 2001 to 2010 in Yantian district in Shenzhen City. Results The low birth weight rate was 4.10% (576/14 048), the floating population low birth weight rate of 4.77%, the resident population low birth weight was 3.29%, and through the χ2 inspection there had statistical significance between the two groups; The rate of prenatal care system management for floating population was only 19.62%; Preterm low birth weight rate was 55.68% (348/625), the low birth weight babies happen first factors of low birth weight accounted for 60.42% (348/576), and the double tyres, placenta amniotic membranes factors during pregnancy, the disease caused by high blood pressure, pregnancy poor important factors of low birth weight. Conclusion To make effective policy, strengthen management of the migrant population, completes the prenatal care propaganda, enhance the consciousness of prenatal care, strengthen the management of prenatal care is to reduce low birth weight of the important link of happened.
