[摘要] 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏对预防留置尿管并发症的作用。 方法 110例前列腺增生汽化电切术后留置尿管的患者，随机分为对照组和试验组，对照组采用常规碘伏消毒尿道口，试验组采用常规碘伏消毒后，再把湿润烧伤膏药膏涂抹在尿道口上，每日3次，比较两组患者尿道口疼痛、尿道口炎性狭窄情况。 结果 试验组患者尿道口疼痛情况减轻，尿道口炎性狭窄的发生率低于对照组。 结论 应用湿润烧伤膏可减少前列腺增生术后留置三腔硅胶尿管造成的并发症的发生，效果显著，使用方便。

Research of clinical applications on Moisture Burn Ointment in the prevention of complications of indwelling catheter

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Moisture Burn Ointment in prevention the complications of indwelling catheter. Methods There were 110 patients with indwelling catheter after electrocision of transurethral prostatic hyperplasia, who were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. Control group was given conventional iodophor to disinfection urethra, experiment group was given Moisture Burn Ointment in the urethra and glans penis after using conventional iodophor disinfection, 3 times a day, inflammatory stricture of the urethra of two groups were compared. Results Urethra pain of patients in experiment group were relieved, inflammatory stricture of the urethra of patients in experiment group were less than that of control group. Conclusion Application of Moisture Burn Ointmen can reduce the complications of indwelling catheter after prostate hyperplasia surgery, it has significant effect, and is easy to use.

前列腺增生部等离子汽化电切术，是一种治疗前列腺增生的泌尿外科微创手术，术后留置三腔硅胶尿管，但使用后可导致并发症如尿道口炎性狭窄、疼痛、尿道黏膜损伤等[1]，因此尿道护理是术后护理的重点，本院以往采用尿道口碘伏常规消毒护理，护理效果不明显，现采用湿润烧伤膏配合常规碘伏消毒方法，将2种方法进行对比，现报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取本科自2008年10月～2010年10月收治的前列腺增生部等离子汽化电切术后110例患者，年龄在52～80岁，平均66岁；其中合并高血压62例，糖尿病21例，心脏病14例；按床号随机分为对照组52例和试验组58例：单号为实验组，双号为对照组，两组术后均留置三腔硅胶尿管，尿管型号为20号。
1.2 方法
实验组给予常规的尿道口护理后，美宝湿润烧伤膏弃去前端药膏，用无菌棉签取适量药膏涂抹在尿道口，药膏要尽量向尿道口内涂抹，每日2~3次；对照组，仅给予常规的0.05%碘伏消毒尿道口。分别观察留置尿管期间的疼痛情况和术后3个月随访尿道口炎性狭窄情况，术后疼痛按世界卫生组织(WTO)将疼痛程度划分为：0度，不痛；1度，轻度痛，可以不用药；2度，中度痛，影响休息，需要止痛药；3度，重度痛，不用药不能缓解疼痛，4度，严重痛，持续剧痛伴血压脉搏变化。
1.3 统计学处理
采用SPSS 13.0软件，计量资料采用t检验，两组率的比较采用χ2检验，以P < 0.05为差异有统计学意义。
