[摘要] 目的 探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway，CNP)在门诊输液患者健康教育中的应用效果。 方法 将 800例门诊输液患者随机分为两组，观察组400例运用临床护理路径在输液前、输液中、输液后对患者进行健康教育，对照组400例按传统的方式进行健康教育。对比观察两组患者的健康教育知识掌握程度、患者对护理的满意程度以及护理投诉率。 结果 观察组的健康教育知识掌握程度好于对照组(P < 0.01)，患者对护理的满意程度高于对照组(P < 0.01)，两组患者的护理投诉率差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 在门诊输液患者中应用临床护理路径开展健康教育，可有效提高健康教育水平，改善护患关系，有利于提高医院窗口服务水平。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical nursing pathway ( CNP) effect of the patients in the out-patient infusion with health education in the application.
