胃癌多药耐药基因LRP研究进展(2)
总之,肿瘤的多药耐药现象是困扰临床治疗的一大难题,LRP介导的MDR是导致胃癌化疗失败主要的原因,所以深入研究LRP在胃癌中的意义十分重大。由于病例选择、判断标准及检测方法的差异,目前得出的结论相差甚远。笔者相信随着多药耐药机制的深入研究,检测方法及逆转方法的改进, 高效、低毒的化疗新药和新的个体化化疗方案不断问世,人类能够最终克服肿瘤的MDR现象, 以缓解目前胃癌的化疗所面临的缓解率低而毒性高、易复发和转移的窘境。
