[摘要] 目的 探讨微创颅内血肿清除术联合丹参注射液治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。 方法 选取本院收治的高血压脑出血患者98例，并随机分为两组，观察组49例给予微创颅内血肿清除术并同时加丹参注射液10～20 mL治疗，对照组49例应用小骨窗颅内血肿清除术治疗，比较两组的临床效果。 结果 观察组总有效率为89.80%，对照组为75.51%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)，观察组的手术时间、术中平均出血量、再出血率、住院时间及GCS评分明显优于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 微创颅内血肿清除术联合丹参注射液治疗高血压脑出血，能有效地降低再出血率，并发症少，生存率高，有利于神经功能恢复及提高患者的生活质量。

Observation of the curative effect on the minimal removed of intracranial hematoma combined with Danshen root injection treatment for the hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the minimal removed of intracranial hematoma combined with Danshen root injection treatment for the hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Ninety-eight patients with hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage were chosen from our hospital, and randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases in the observation group were treated by the minimal removed of intracranial hematoma, and then added the Danshen root injection for 10-20 mL, and 69 cases in the control group were treated by the small bone window evacuation of intracranial hematoma, and compared their curative effects. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.80%, the control group was 75.51%, there were different statistical significance between them (P < 0.05), the operation time, the average amount of the bleeding g in intra-operative, hemorrhaged rate again, length of stay and GCS in the observation group were all more excellent than the control group, there were different statistical significance between them (P < 0.05). Conclusion The minimal removed of intracranial hematoma combined with Danshen root injection treat the hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage, it can low the hemorrhaged rate, less complication, survival rate is high, it is good for renewing the cranial nerve function and improving the patient's quality of life. ......
