[摘要] 目的 通过与等效剂量芬太尼比较，探讨地佐辛用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)术后镇痛的有效性和安全性。 方法 80例择期行LC患者，年龄31～70岁，ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级，随机分为地佐辛组(D组)，芬太尼组(F组)，各40例。术后患者第1次诉疼痛时，D组静注地佐辛0.1 mg/kg，F组静注芬太尼1 μg/kg。观察并记录用药后1、2、4、8、12 h VAS镇痛评分、Ramsay镇静评分、BCS舒适评分及不良反应发生情况。 结果 两组患者各时点VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，D组患者1、2、4、8 h Ramsay评分及不良反应发生率均显著低于F组(P < 0.05)，D组患者各时点BCS舒适评分显著高于F组(P < 0.05)。 结论 地佐辛较等效剂量芬太尼用于LC术后镇痛，镇痛效果相当，不良反应发生率低，安全性、舒适度高，是一种较理想的LC术后镇痛药物。

The postoperative analgesic effect of Dezocine injection in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

[Abstract] Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Dezocine injection in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy comparing to fentanyl. Methods Eighty patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy, aged 31-70, ASAⅠ-Ⅱ, randomly arranged into dezocine group (group D), fentanyl group (group F), with 40 patients in either group. When patients the first time feel pain after the operation, group D patients intravenous injection of Dezocine (0.1 mg/kg) and group F patients intravenous injection of fentanyl (1 μg/kg ). All patients' VAS, Ramsay, BCS scores (1, 2, 4, 8, 12 h after operation) and adverse effects were recorded and compared. Results There are no significant differences in the VAS scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). The Ramsay scores and adverse effects of group D were significantly lower than the group F (P < 0.05). The BCS scores of group D were significantly higher than the group F (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dezocine on postoperative analgesic of laparoscopic cholecystectomy exhibits good effect of and minor adverse reactions; which enables a safer and more effective method of analgesia.
