代谢综合征对轻中度高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度影响(3)
综合观察：高血压、胰岛素抵抗、血脂紊乱、Lp(a)升高是发生动脉粥样硬化的重要危险因素，原发性高血压、肥胖、高胰岛素血症、血脂异常等心血管危险因素聚集组成以胰岛素抵抗为核心的代谢综合征；治疗时除常规降压外，还需要改善高Lp(a)水平、胰岛素抵抗、肥胖等，预防动脉粥样硬化引起心脑血管并发症。
