[摘要] 目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者晚期血脂水平与围产结局。 方法 将在本院住院治疗的56例妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇作为观察对象，与同期正常妊娠的孕产妇做对比，对两组妊娠期孕产妇的晚期血脂水平与围产结局进行观察。 结果 妊娠期糖尿病患者较正常妊娠组晚期血脂水平在总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)上差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，而在三酰甘油(TG)方面差异明显，在围产结局(胎儿窘迫、阴道炎、剖宫产、羊水过多)方面差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 妊娠期糖尿病是一种严重危害围生期母婴安全的疾病，应该加强早起诊断，做好全面系统的母婴监测措施，以保证孕产妇晚期血脂水平的稳定和令人满意的围产结局。

Gestational diabetes in patients with advanced lipid levels and perinatal outcome

[Abstract] Objective To discuss blood lipid levels in patients with diabetes during late pregnancy and perinatal outcomes. Methods Fifty six cases of maternal gestational diabetes mellitus were treated as objects for observing. They were compared with normal pregnancy in the corresponding period. Two sets of late maternal serum lipid levels in pregnancy and perinatal outcomes were observed. Results Patients of diabetes mellitus in the duration of pregnancy had no remarkable differences on the blood lipid levels in TC, LDL-C compared with normal pregnancy group, while it had significant difference in TG and significant difference in perinatal (fetal distress, vaginitis, caesarean section, polyhydramnios)(P < 0.05). Conclusion Diabetes mellitus in the duration of pregnancy is a seriously dangerous diseases to safety of children. Early diagnosis, comprehensive maternal and child monitoring system should be enhanced to ensure late maternal perinatal outcomes of blood lipid in stable and satisfacting levels ......
