[摘要] 目的 总结支气管肺动脉成形术治疗中央型肺癌的体会，探讨手术的技巧及防治并发症的方法。 方法 对入住本院胸外科的63例中央型肺癌患者施行支气管成形术或支气管肺动脉联合成形的临床资料进行总结并分析。 结果 全组病例均治愈出院，无发生吻合口狭窄及吻合口瘘等严重的并发症。 结论 支气管肺动脉成形术可使中央型肺癌患者免于全肺切除，达到最大限度保留健康的肺组织和肺功能，同时为后继的肿瘤综合治疗提供了足够的肺功能支持，提高了患者的生存时间和生存质量。

Experience of the bronchial pulmonary artery in the treatment of central lung cancer

[Abstract] Objective To summarize the experience of bronchial pulmonary artery in the treatment of central lung cancer, explore the skills and methods of prevention and treatment of complications of surgery. Methods Summarized and analysed the clinical data of 63 cases of central type lung cancer underwent bronchoplasty surgery or bronchial pulmonary artery forming joint who admitted to our hospital thoracic surgery. Results The group of cases were all cured and discharged, no anastomosis stricture and anastomotic fistula etc. severe complications happened. Conclusion Bronchial pulmonary artery technique allows the central type of lung cancer patients from pneumonectomy. To maximize the retention of healthy lung tissue and lung function, and provides adequate lung function support for the successor of comprehensive cancer treatment and improve patient survival time and quality of life.

支气管肺动脉血管成形肺叶切除术已广泛应用于中央型肺癌、心肺功能储备差及其不能耐受全肺切除的患者[1-2]。现总结本院2005年 1月～2011年12月采用支气管、肺动脉成形术治疗中央型肺癌 63例的临床资料，旨在讨论手术具体方法、并发症的预防方法，现报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
本组 63例患者中，男 47例，女 16例 ；年龄41～79岁，平均(59.0±10.5)岁。病变分布情况：右肺上叶41例，右肺中、上叶7例，左肺上叶9例 ......
