[摘要] 目的 比较切开复位内固定重建骨盆环治疗骨盆C型骨折与保守治疗的临床治疗效果，探讨最佳治疗方法。 方法 本次实验以本院收治的40例骨盆C型骨折患者为实验对象，将患者平均分为实验组和对照组，每组20例，且两组患者之间差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。实验组患者采取切开复位内固定重建骨盆环治疗方式，而对照组患者采取保守的骨折治疗方法，对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。 结果 实验组患者中，优14例，良4例，可2例，优良率为90%；对照组优10例，良3例，可6例，差1例，优良率为65%。两组患者的实验数据对比差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 实验表明切开复位内固定重建骨盆环治疗技术对于骨盆C型骨折有较好的临床治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical treatment effect of type C pelvic fracture by open reduction and internal fixation reconstruction pelvic ring treated and conservative treatment, in order to discusses the best treatment. Methods This trial took 40 cases with type C pelvic fracture in our hospital for experimental object, all patients were divided into the experimental group and control group on average, each group of 20 cases, and the difference between the two groups were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The patients took open reduction and internal fixation reconstruction pelvic ring treated in the experimental group, and patients took conservative treatment of fracturesin the control group, the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The patients in the experimental group, the excellent in 14 cases, good in 4 cases, approve in 2 cases, the excellent and good rate was 90%; In the control group the excellent in 10 cases, good in 3 cases, approve in 6 cases, bad in 1 case, the excellent and good rate was 65% ......
