[摘要] 目的 探讨尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死的疗效及预后的影响。 方法 选取本院急性脑梗死患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，两组均予脱水降颅压、抗血小板聚集、调脂、控制血压、改善循环等对症支持治疗，治疗组在此基础上同时给予尤瑞克林治疗，比较两组的疗效及治疗3个月后两组NIHSS评分的变化。 结果 观察组总有效率为86.6%，对照组总有效率为66.7%，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 12.675，P < 0.05)。治疗3个月后，两组NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显降低，且观察组较对照组降低更明显，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效显著，能明显改善患者的预后，安全性好，值得广泛推广应用。

The efficacy and prognosis of urinary kallidinogenase in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy and prognosis of urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty cases with acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group in our hospital, each group had 30 cases, the groups were treated lowering the intracranial pressure, platelet aggregation, lipid, control blood pressure, improve circulation, symptomatic and supportive treatment. On this basis, the treatment group was given uribe clindamycin treatment at the same time, changes in the NIHSS score and the efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 86.6% in the observation group, the total effective rate was 66.7% in the control group, the total effective rate had statistically difference between the two groups (χ2 = 12.675, P < 0.05). After 3 months treatment, two sets NIHSS scores decreased significantly than before treatment, and the observation group decreased significantly than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0 ......
