[摘要] 目的 探讨脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的护理干预效果。 方法 选择148例脑梗死偏瘫患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各74例。对照组行常规内科治疗护理及患者自我锻炼，观察组在常规内科治疗与护理基础上，在患者病情稳定情况下行系统化偏瘫肢体康复护理干预，2个月后，比较两组患者偏瘫肢体功能的改善程度。 结果 观察组患者偏瘫肢体功能的改善程度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。 结论 康复护理干预可促进脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的恢复，降低致残率，提高患者生活能力和生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing intervention effect of recovery of limb function of patients with cerebral infarction with hemiplegia. Methods Selected 148 cases of patients with cerebral infarction with hemiplegia, randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 74 cases in each group. The control group received conventional medical treatment, care and patient self-exercise, on the basis of conventional medical treatment and care, and in stable condition of patients disease, the observation group received systematic hemiplegic limb rehabilitation nursing intervention, two months later, compared the degree of hemiplegic limb function improvement of two groups patients. Results The degree of hemiplegic limb function improvement of the observation group patients was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing interventions can promote the recovery of limb motor function of patients with cerebral infarction with hemiplegia, reduce the rate of disability, improve patients' life skills and quality of life.
