[摘要] 目的 探讨内镜下胰胆管造影(ERCP)术前健康教育对患者应激反应的临床效果。 方法 行ERCP检查术患者88例，随机分为两组，其中，观察组44例，对照组44例。对行ERCP检查的患者进行健康教育，并对患者的相关疾病知识和心理状况、术中配合及术后并发症进行调查分析。 结果 健康教育后，两组在胆管疾病和 ERCP 术的了解方面，术中心理状态，术中配合，术后的满意度和术后并发症方面比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 对ERCP检查术患者进行有效的健康教育是十分必要的。

    Clinical investigation of the health education on patients’stress response before ERCP

    [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of the preoperative health education on patients' stress response before endoscopic cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Methods Eighty eight cases of patients undergoing ERCP were randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases in observation group and 44 cases in control group, health education was given to all the patients undergoing ERCP, disease knowledge of patients, psychological status, intraoperative coordination, postoperative complications of two groups were investigated and analyzed. Results After health education, knowledge of ERCP and surgery, intraoperative stateof mind, intraoperative coordination, postoperative satisfaction and complications compared, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Effective health education in patients undergoing ERCP is very necessary. ......
