热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎96例疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效及安全性。 方法 将确诊为疱疹性咽峡炎的192例患儿随机分为治疗组(Ⅰ组)96例与对照组(Ⅱ组)96例，在常规对症、支持等处理的基础上，Ⅰ组给予热毒宁注射液治疗，剂量为0.5 mL(/kg·d)，Ⅱ组给予利巴韦林注射液治疗，剂量为10 mg/(kg·d)，静脉滴注，1 d 1次，3 d 为1个疗程，观察其疗效及安全性。 结果 Ⅰ组总有效率为94.79%，痊愈率为63.54%，显效率为31.25%，治疗过程中有6例患儿出现恶心、胃部不适等轻微不良反应，给予控制滴速后症状即随之缓解；Ⅱ组总有效率为70.83%，痊愈率为48.96%，显效率为21.87%，治疗过程中有9例患儿出现哭闹、皮疹等不良反应，两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效确切，未见明显的不良反应，值得临床进一步推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Reduning Injection in the treatment of children with herpes pharyngeal angina.
