[摘要] 目的 探讨手法复位、小夹板与石膏托联合治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。 方法 将本院2010年5月～2011年9月收治的桡骨远端骨折的75例患者随机分为两组，对照组患者给予手法复位和石膏托治疗，实验组患者给予手法复位、小夹板联合石膏托治疗，观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 实验组患者经过治疗后，其优良率为92.11%，对照组患者优良率为75.68%，实验组明显优于对照组患者，P < 0.05，差异有统计学意义。 结论 采用手法复位、小夹板与石膏托联合治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果较好，值得在临床应用。

Effect of manipulative reduction， small splints combined with plaster slab in the treatment of distal radius fractures

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the manipulative reduction， small splint combined with plaster slab in the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods Seventy—five cases of patients with distal radial fractures treated in our hospital from May 2010 to September 2011， were randomly divided into two groups， the control group was treated with manipulative reduction and plaster treatment， the experiment group was treated with manipulative reduction， small splints combined with plaster slab. The treatment effect of two groups were observed and compared. Results The excellent and good rate in the experiment group after treatment was 92.11%， the excellent and good rate in the control group was 75.68%， the experiment group was obviously superior to the control group (P < 0.05)， the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Manipulative reduction， small splints combined with plaster slab in the treatment of distal radius fractures has the better effect， which is worthy of application in clinical.
