因此,有理由相信细胞因子的产生和静脉血栓形成之间存在着必然联系。多数国外学者研究表明人工关节置换术中骨水泥的使用会增加术后并发深静脉血栓的危险[12],国内李宏宇等[13]研究证实骨水泥的应用后骨内静脉血流处于淤滞状态,吕厚山等[14]报道术中使用骨水泥的患者深静脉血栓的发生率为58.1%,而未使用骨水泥的患者术后深静脉血栓的发生率为30.0%,骨水泥的使用是人工关节置换术后DVT的高危因素之一,其原因可能是术中骨水泥单体释放入血并刺激细胞因子的产生。本实验研究已证实骨水泥入血引起TNF-α、IL-6水平明显升高,炎症标志物的升高在静脉血栓形成的过程中起到何种作用,尚待进一步研究。
