[摘要] 目的 通过对Chelex-100提取法提取的DNA用于酶切的研究，为差异甲基化在法医实际工作中的应用性研究提供一种快速提取酶切底物的方法。 方法 HhaⅠ酶切基因组DNA，PCR扩增，2%琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测，254 nm紫外灯下观察。 结果 Chelex-100提取法提取的杂合子样本DNA加酶组只观察到来自父源的等位基因片段，而未加酶组能够观察到来自父源和母源的等位基因片段。 结论 Chelex-100提取法提取的DNA能够作为酶切底物应用于差异甲基化基因座的研究。
