音乐操对下肢骨折患者术后功能锻炼的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察音乐操对下肢骨折术后功能锻炼的影响。 方法 将182例下肢骨折术后患者随机分为两组，观察组按音乐操的要求和步骤对患者进行指导锻炼，对照组按常规护理进行康复锻炼，随访时间为12周，观察两组的住院时间和问卷结果。 结果 观察组的住院时间短于对照组，相关观察指标达标率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 音乐操应用于下肢骨折患者康复功能锻炼中的效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
