[摘要] 目的 分析综合排班模式在消化内科病房优质护理中的应用效果。 方法 本院消化内科2011年5月～2012年5月实行传统排班模式，2012年6月～2013年6月实行综合排班模式，分析和对比两种排班模式的临床效果。 结果 实施综合排班模式后，患者临床满意度明显提高，铃声呼叫率明显降低，查房次数和交接次数明显减少，与传统排班模式比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 综合排班模式在医院消化内科优质护理中应用，能有效提高临床护理质量与患者护理满意度。
