     [摘要] 目的 探讨社会因素导致剖宫产率升高的原因及降低剖宫产率的对策。 方法 回顾性分析2008～2012年郑州大学第五附属医院剖宫产率的变化及手术指征的变迁。 结果 剖宫产率逐年升高，社会因素有成为第一指征的倾向。 结论 进行健康教育和孕期保健知识培训，加强围生期保健和孕产期监护，可提高自然分娩率。
