高效液相色谱法测定清热化毒丸中连翘苷的含量

[摘要] 目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定清热化毒丸中连翘苷含量的方法。 方法 采用Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)色谱柱；以乙腈-水(26∶74)为流动相，检测波长为277 nm，流速为1.0 ml/min。 结果 连翘苷进样量在0.2124～5.3100 μg (r=0.9994)线性范围内，线性关系良好，平均回收率为98.46%，RSD=0.86%(n=6)。 结论 该方法准确、重复性好，可用于清热化毒丸的质量控制。

[Abstract] Objective To establish the method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determining the content of phillyrin of Qingre huadu wan. Methods Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) chromatographic column was used.The mobile phase cinsisted of acetonitrile-water (26∶74),the detection wavelength was 277 nm and the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.
