阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。 方法 将151例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者分为实验组和对照组，实验组(76例)给予阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗，对照组(75例)给予克拉霉素联合果胶铋治疗，比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应。 结果 实验组总有效率为96.05%，对照组总有效率为74.67%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组不良反应发生率为7.89%，对照组不良反应发生率为9.33%，两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎，可提高疗效，降低不良反应发生率。
