生肌膏结合封闭负压引流术治疗难愈创口的临床效果观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究生肌膏联合封闭负压引流术治疗难愈创口的临床效果。 方法 选取本院外科难治愈创口患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组患者单独应用封闭负压引流术对创口进行处理，治疗组患者在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合应用生肌膏治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。 结果 治疗组总有效率为93.4%，显著高于对照组的73.3%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组平均恢复时间、创面渗液干净时间、肉芽组织生长时间、上皮组织生长时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 生肌膏联合封闭负压引流术治疗难愈创口的效果显著，能够减少治疗时间，降低治疗费用。
