[摘要] 目的 研究柴胡提取物泡腾片的最佳成型工艺。 方法 采用正交试验方法，以pH值、崩解时限、硬度、口感作为评价指标，确定附加剂的配比与用量，优化其成型工艺。 结果 枸橼酸用量为10%，碳酸氢钠用量为15%，聚乙二醇-6000用量为4%，甜菊糖用量为1%。 结论 该制备工艺稳定、可靠。

[Abstract] Objective To study the best molding process of bupleurum extract effervescent.Methods Orthogonal test method was used,and pH,disintegration time,hardness,and taste were taken as evaluation indexes to determine the ratio of the amount of additional agents,so as to optimize the molding process.Results The amount of citric acid was 10%,sodium bicarbonate was 15%,PEG-6000 was 4%,and stevioside was 1%.Conclusion This preparation process is stable and reliable.

柴胡是常用的一种中药，具有清热解毒、解表退热的功效，常用于外感发热等症状。目前，有关柴胡市售的品种，主要以颗粒剂、片剂和口服液为主，对于新剂型的出现还比较少，而开发出柴胡应用的新剂型还有待加强。中药泡腾片是近年来出现的一种新剂型，因其携带方便、溶解迅速、疗效确切、口感良好而深受大家喜欢，尤其适宜老人、儿童和吞咽困难者应用[1]。柴胡在应用中疗效明确，改变柴胡的传统剂型 ......
