一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床体会(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2010年7月~2013年7月收治的诊断为肛周脓肿的患者64例，将所有患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各32例。实验组采用一期根治术进行治疗，对照组采用切开引流术进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。 结果 实验组的有效率为96.9%，明显高于对照组的62.5%(P<0.05)；实验组的并发症发生率和脓肿复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿能够明显改善患者的术后康复情况，降低术后肛瘘的发生率及脓肿复发率，具有十分显著的临床意义。
