[摘要] 目的 探讨游泳抚触辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果。 方法 将本院儿科2012年1月～2013年1月收治的92例高胆红素血症患儿随机分为实验组及对照组，每组各46例，对照组实施常规治疗、护理，实验组在常规治疗、护理的同时联合游泳抚触。 结果 两组胆红素指数、退黄时间及家属满意率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 游泳抚触辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症比常规治疗更能有效降低血胆红素水平，减小高胆红素血症对新生儿的危害。
