[摘要] 目的 探讨分析水胶体敷料治疗头部供皮创面的效果及护理。 方法 选取2013年1～12月收治的60例烧伤患者，治疗组根据供皮创面及修复创面大小使用不同规格的水胶体敷料，对照组用凡士林油纱布加盖4～6层无菌纱布，用透气绷带固定。两组均给予常规护理。 结果 治疗组在头发长出时间及创面愈合时间方面均较对照组短，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 水胶体敷料治疗头部供皮创面，疗效可靠满意，方法简单易行，便于普及推行。
