256层螺旋CT组合后处理技术在肋间后动脉血管成像中的应用价值(1)

     [摘要] 目的 评价256层螺旋CT不同组合后处理技术在肋间后动脉血管成像中的应用价值。 方法 对100例患者行256层螺旋CT胸部双期增强扫描检查，将患者分为A组(MPR+VR)、B组(MPR+CPR)、C(MPR+MIP)组，用3种不同的组合后处理技术观察肋间后动脉。 结果 A组肋间后动脉的总显示率为87.35%，B 组为83.54%，C 组为94.19%，C组与A、B组的总显示率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；C组对于肋间后动脉大体解剖形态的显示率高于A、B组(P<0.05)。 结论 应用MPR+MIP组合后处理技术能使肋间后动脉的走行等解剖结构得到良好的显示。
