临床路径在慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者护理中的应用分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨临床路径护理在慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2012年11月～2013年4月本院神经外科收治的30例慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者为观察组，采用临床路径护理；选取2012年4月～2012年9月收治的30例慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者为对照组，采用常规护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。 结果 观察组的平均住院日短于对照组，住院费用低于对照组，活动能力评分、患者满意度和健康知识评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 临床路径护理应用于慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者中可以有效地缩短患者住院时间、降低住院费用、提高患者满意度。
