     [摘要] 药房是患者就诊流程中至关重要的一环，是医疗服务的重要表现，药房管理质量的好坏，直接影响患者的满意度。本文通过对某基层医院综合药房的管理现状进行分析，回顾物流管理系统建设的发展历程，探讨其必要性及实施效果，从而优化药房的管理体系，提高药师的工作质量、效率和患者满意度，以供其他基层医院参考。
