[摘要] 目的 探讨羊水过少不同分娩方式的妊娠结局。 方法 回顾性分析2009年1月～2012年12月在本院住院的妊娠足月羊水过少300例患者的临床资料，其中择期剖宫产组、阴道分娩中转剖宫产组及阴道顺产组各100例，观察妊娠结局及宫颈Bishop评分。 结果 阴道分娩中转剖宫产组与择期剖宫产组的新生儿轻度窒息发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，择期剖宫产组与阴道顺产组的新生儿窒息发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 产前评估帮助患者选择合适的分娩方式有利于母儿健康。
