中西医结合治疗老年性阴道炎的效果观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。 方法 将180例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组90例，运用中西医结合治疗；对照组90例，运用纯西药疗法。两组均在停药后7 d进行复查。两组治愈者均在停药后90 d复查，比较复发率。 结果 治疗组治愈率为87.8%，复发率为6.3%；对照组治愈率为63.3%，复发率为22.8%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 中西医结合治疗老年性阴道炎的效果显著，复发率低。
