[摘要] 目的 探讨程序化和谐护理在医院健康体检中应用的必要性。 方法 选用2013年2月～2014年2月来本院接受健康体检的普通市民808例，将其随机均分为两组，护理组给予体检者程序化和谐护理，对照组给予常规护理。对两组体检者各项满意率(环境舒适度、体检流程通畅度、体检项目宣教程度、个人隐私保密度等)、体检总用时、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分等情况进行对比。 结果 护理组体检者的各项满意率、体检总用时、SCL-90评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 在医院健康体检中应用程序化和谐护理不仅可以缩短体检总用时、提高体检者各项满意率，而且可以减轻体检者的情绪负担，从而促进体检者与护理人员默契配合，拉近护患之间的关系，最终实现体检者能够愉悦的快速、顺利完成各项体检检查的目的。
