[摘要] 研究生党建工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分，医药科研院所的研究生党建工作又有其自身的特点。中国医学科学院药物研究所党委针对研究生培养模式，在组织建设、人才培养和思想教育3方面力求创新，并对科研院所的研究生党建工作进行了理论探讨，积极探索适应时代发展的高校研究生党建工作有效途径。
