帕利哌酮缓释片用于精神分裂症复发的研究进展(1)
[摘要] 帕利哌酮缓释片是目前临床常用的一种非典型抗精神病药物，临床作用机制是主要通过阻断全部的5-羟色胺2A(5-HT2A)受体和部分多巴胺D2(DA2)受体，进而发挥抗精神病的作用。近年来，随着帕利哌酮缓释片在临床上被广泛应用，许多临床研究提示帕利哌酮缓释片可有效控制精神分裂症患者的阳性症状、改善阴性症状和认知损害、提高患者的耐受性和依从性。帕利哌酮缓释片起效快，且可有效改善对其他非典型抗精神病药治疗无效患者的临床效果，为精神分裂症患者的全面康复提供有效的治疗。近年来的统计观察发现，帕利哌酮缓释片应用于急性期及首发精神分裂症患者的临床效果较好，临床治愈率满意，但帕利哌酮缓释片对精神分裂症复发的效果如何尚未报道。本院通过对住院或门诊复发精神分裂症患者应用帕利哌酮缓释片的观察，评价帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症复发的临床效果。本研究对帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症复发的研究进行综述。

[Abstract] Paliperidone extended-release tablet is used as a common atypical antipsychotic drugs，and its clinical mechanism of action is mainly blocking all 5-HT2A receptor and partial DA2 receptor in order to play the role of anti psychotic.In recent years，with the extensive use of paliperidone extended-release tablet in the clinic，many study showed that paliperidone extended-release tablet can effectively control the positive symptoms of patients with schizophrenia，improve negative symptoms and cognitive impairment and improve the tolerance and compliance patients.Paliperidone extended-release tablet with rapid action can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of other patients treated inefficiently by other atypical antipsychotics therapy，and it can provide effective treatment for the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Some statistics in recent years showed that paliperidone extended-release tablet used in the acute schizophrenia was effective，with a satisfaction of clinical cure rate，but the study about paliperidone extended-release tablet used in the schizophrenia recurrence had not been reported.Our hospital evaluates clinical curative effect of paliperidone extended-release tablet for the treatment of schizophrenia recurrence by observation of schizophrenia recurrence treated with paliperidone extended-release tablet.Tharticle study will make a summarize of paliperidone extended-release tablet in treatment of schizophrenia recurrence.

精神分裂症作为目前临床上一种严重且持久迁延的精神障碍性疾病，临床发病率较高，患者症状较重，若不及时治疗可导致严重的后遗症，而且本病临床复发率高，易反复发作，多次发病可导致患者易患一些慢性症状，主要表现为精神衰退、行为退化和社会功能衰退，其可给家庭、社会带来沉重的负担[1-4]。目前临床上治疗精神分裂症多采用系统、连续的药物治疗，通过有效的药物治疗可达到控制精神分裂症患者急性发作、防止复发、促进功能康复的目的，但是，精神分裂症复发是影响患者生活和预后的重要因素。
