不同剂型黄体酮治疗功能性子宫出血的临床效果及药物经济学评价(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨不同剂型黄体酮治疗功能性子宫出血的临床效果及药物经济学评价。 方法 选择本院2012年7月～2013年7月收治的114例功能性子宫出血患者，随机分为观察组、实验组和对照组各38例，对照组患者采用黄体酮阴道凝胶治疗，实验组患者采用黄体酮胶囊治疗，观察组患者采用黄体酮栓治疗。对比分析3组的治疗效果及药物经济学评价。 结果 观察组和对照组总有效率高于实验组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组与对照组的总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组成本-效果比为76.69，实验组为322.04，对照组1547.71，实验组与对照组相对于观察组的增量成本-效果比分别为-1015.5、19 748.61。 结论 黄体酮栓治疗功能性子宫出血的临床效果明显，经济学指标最佳，具有临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of different dosage form progestin in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding and pharmacoeconomics evaluation. Methods 114 cases of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were selected，and were randomly divided into observation group，experimental group and control group，38 cases in each group，control group were taken with progesterone vaginal gel，experimental group were taken with progesterone suppository，observation group were taken with progesterone capsules.The effect of three groups and pharmacoeconomics evaluation was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group was higher than that of experimental group，the difference was significant (P<0.05)，but there was no significant difference between observation group and control group (P>0.05).The cost-effectiveness ratio of observation group，experimental group and control group was 76.69，322.04 and 1547.71，respectively.The increment of cost-effectiveness of experimental group and control group was -1015.5 and 19 748.61. Conclusion Progesterone suppository has best effect in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding，has clinical application value.

功能性子宫出血主要是因为神经内分泌调节功能失常所致非生殖器官自身器质性病变[1]，或者是由于全身疾病诱发所致。黄体酮在治疗功能性子宫出血的临床应用上具有良好疗效，由于药物经济学因素在治疗过程中占据一定的关键地位[2-3]，本文从药物经济学方面研究不同剂型黄体酮治疗功能性子宫出血的临床效果。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取本院2012年7月～2013年7月收治的114例功能性子宫出血患者，年龄18～53岁，平均(35.0±0.5)岁，病程2个月～3.6年，平均(1.5±0.5)年。按照随机分配的方法将114例患者分为观察组、实验组和对照组，每组38例，3组患者的年龄、病程等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。 (张伟)
