[摘要] 黄芩素是传统中药黄芩的主要有效成分，近年来国内外研究表明，黄芩素可抑制多种肿瘤细胞增殖，特异性地诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡，阻滞肿瘤细胞周期，抑制端粒酶活性及肿瘤血管生成、侵袭、转移等。本研究对黄芩素的抗肿瘤研究现状及以上几方面的作用机制进行综述，为其在抗肿瘤方面的临床应用提供理论基础。
