胃肠道手术患者应用舒适护理措施恢复胃肠蠕动功能的效果观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨胃肠道手术患者应用舒适护理措施恢复胃肠蠕动功能的效果。 方法 选取2013年7月～2014年8月本院收治的85例胃肠道手术患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(42例)。对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组采用舒适护理干预。比较两组的护理效果、术后胃肠功能恢复情况、护理满意度及并发症发生率。 结果 观察组的总恢复率为95.35%，显著高于对照组的80.95%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后恢复排气时间，胃管拔除时间及住院时间显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 舒适护理措施在胃肠道手术患者中的应用效果显著，能够明显恢复胃肠蠕动功能，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing methods on the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis function in patients with gastrointestinal operation. Methods 85 patients with gastrointestinal surgery from July 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital was selected and randomly divided into the observation group (43 cases) and the control group(42 cases).The control group was given conventional nursing measures，the observation group was given comfortable nursing.The nursing effect，recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function，nursing satisfaction degree and the incidence rate of complications in two groups was compared. Results The total recovery rate in the observation group was 95.35%，which was higher than 80.95% in the control group，with significant difference(P<0.05).Postoperative anal exhaust time，extubation time and hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，with significant difference(P<0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of comfortable nursing methods in patients with gastrointestinal surgery is significant，which can significantly recover the gastrontestinal peristalsis function，reduce incidence rate of complication，improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.

切口感染是胃肠道手术患者术后容易出现的一种并发症，既不利于切口愈合，影响患者康复，还容易引发其他并发症。有效的护理方法能够降低胃肠道手术患者的术后切口感染率，促进切口愈合，有利于患者的康复[1-2]。本研究对胃肠道手术患者采用舒适护理措施以恢复胃肠蠕动功能，取得了较好的效果。 (卢艳君 钱学贞 甘艳军)
