在本研究中，有29例未能参加最后的随访，部分为死亡，部分因体质过度虚弱而未能参加，部分则进行了翻修术。

    综上所述，PFNAⅡ内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
