龙血竭片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大的临床效果观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨龙血竭片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大的临床效果。 方法 采用随机数字表法将2011年2月～2013年2月本院收治的120例小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大患者分为两组，其中对照组给予常规药物治疗：口服头孢丙烯颗粒(抗生素)、阿昔洛韦片，实验组在对照组基础上应用龙血竭片进行治疗，比较两组的临床效果。 结果 实验组的总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(70.00%)，实验组的腹痛消失时间为(2.10±0.62)d、淋巴结肿大消失时间为(6.14±1.87)d，均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组的不良反应发生率为0，与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 对于肠系膜淋巴结肿大患儿在常规药物治疗的基础上，联合应用龙血竭片可提高临床治疗效果，有效缓解患儿腹痛症状，促进淋巴结大小恢复正常，促进患儿康复，安全性较高，值得临床推广。
