人体血浆微小RNA—499对急性心肌梗死患者的诊断价值(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨人体血浆微小RNA-499(miRNA-499)对急性心肌梗死患者的诊断价值。 方法 选取本院2012年1～12月收治的60例急性心肌梗死患者作为观察组，另选择同期本院体检中心的60例无心脑血管疾病史的健康体检者作为对照组。以两组的miRNA-499为指标进行含量考察，比较急性心肌梗死患者的miRNA-499、cTn、CRP诊断符合率。 结果 观察组的miRNA-499相对表达量为3.623±1.123，显著高于对照组的0.819±0.017，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。60例AMI患者中，miRNA-499的阳性率为100%，cTnI与cTnT的阳性率均为96.7%，CRP的阳性率为86.7%。 结论 miRNA-499可作为急性心肌梗死的新标志物，进一步提高急性心肌梗死诊断的特异性。
