[摘要] 目的 探讨流式细胞术所获得血小板微颗粒计数与其功能间的关系。 方法 选取本院2012年9月～2014年9月的100例健康孕产妇及患有合并症孕产妇患者的血液样本作为研究对象，经流式细胞术计数分析及三种功能分析，探讨其相关性。 结果 流式细胞术获得的乳黏素蛋白促凝血的微粒体计数与Zymuphen MP活性呈弱相关(r=0.5370，P<0.01)；与内在凝血酶潜力ETP呈正相关(r=0.7444，P<0.01)；与STA磷脂(PPL)促凝分析呈负相关(r=-0.7872，P<0.01)。膜联蛋白V+及促凝血的血小板源性微颗粒的含量水平与功能分析一致。 结论 血小板微颗粒的促凝功能与流式细胞术绝对计数值密切相关，多参数的使用将会提供更多的生物学信息。
