[摘要] 门诊药房是医院直接面对患者的重要窗口，其担负着短时间内根据医生处方正确分配并发放药品的重要职责。发药正确率的高低直接对患者用药安全产生直接影响。经统计，门诊药房差错发生率占医院药剂科发生总差错的40%左右。对门诊药房发药错误原因进行分析并提出相关改进措施可显著降低药物发放错误率，提高工作人员工作效率。药房工作人员通过不断加强对药物相关知识的学习，不仅可以最大程度地降低药物发放错误率，而且可提高医疗服务质量及患者满意程度，从而确保用药安全。
