脱脂棉白度的测量结果不确定度分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 确定脱脂棉白度的不确定度。 方法 采用A类和B类测量不确定度的评定方法，对测量重复性、示值误差、零点漂移、示值稳定性引入的不确定度进行评定。 结果 脱脂棉白度测量结果的扩展不确定度U=0.256，k=2。 结论 此评价方法也适应于实验室同类产品的测量结果不确定度的评定。

    [Abstract] Objective To determine the uncertainty of whiteness of degreasing cotton. Methods Uncertainty introduced by measurement repeatability，indication error，zero wander，and indication stability was evaluated by evaluation method of class A and B measuring uncertainty. Results The expanded uncertainty of measured result in whiteness of degreasing cotton was U=0.256 and k=2. Conclusion The evaluation methodology is also applicable to evaluate the uncertainty of measured results in congeneric products in laboratory.
