两种形式的护理查房在护士核心能力培训中的效果评价(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨两种形式的护理查房(三级护理查房与个案护理查房)在呼吸科护士核心能力培训中的应用效果,以有效提高护士的核心能力。 方法 选取呼吸科22名护士为研究对象,2012年1~12月为培训前组,2013年1~12月为培训后组。培训前组采用传统护理查房,培训后组采用两种形式的护理查房。培训前后对护士进行理论考核及护士临床综合能力评定,比较两组的考核及评定结果。 结果 经两种形式的护理查房培训后,护士的专科理论知识、临床综合能力及护理质量均比培训前明显提高(P<0.05),且护士对呼吸护理专项核心技术的掌握率明显提高(P<0.05)。 结论 两种形式的护理查房可以提高呼吸科护士的核心能力。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application effect of two kinds of nursing round (three level nursing round and case nursing round) in core competence training for nurse in department of respiration to effectively improve competence training of nurse. Methods 22 nurses were selected as research objects,from January to December 2012 was selected as before training group while from January to December 2012 was selected as after training group.Before training group was given the traditional nursing round while after training group was given two kinds of nursing round.Theoretical assessment was conducted and clinical comprehensive ability was evaluated in nurses before and after training.Assessment and evaluation results btween two groups was compared respectively. Results After two kinds of nursing round,the specialist knowledge,clinical comprehensive ability and nursing quality of nurses was significantly higher than that of before training (P<0.05).The nurse′s mastery rate of the special core technology of respiratory nursing was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of nursing round can improve the core competence of nurses in department of respiration.

护士核心能力是指护理教育中着重培养的护理人员必须具备的最主要的能力,在护士的能力体系中处于核心地位[1]。呼吸科是一个集各种危重老年患者、病情复杂的科室,服务对象往往是急危重患者,这就要求呼吸专科的护士必须具有较强的专业核心能力及跨呼吸专业的临床综合护理素质来应对变化多端的临床实践。护士核心能力培训是护理质量安全的保证,目的是提高护理人员的能力与素质。护理查房是不断提高护理专业水平,促进护理质量提高的必要手段之一[2],而三级护理查房是护士进行核心能力训练搭建的平台[3]。近年来,本院呼吸科的护士日益年轻,护士核心能力培训迫在眉端。2013年1月起,本科采取两种形式的护理查房:三级护理查房与个案护理查房对护士核心能力进行培训,经过近1年的实践,取得阶段性成果。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
于2013年1~12月对呼吸科22名护理人员实施两种形式的护理查房进行为期1年的核心能力培训。全体护士22人,护士长1人,护理组长2人;均为女性,年龄在18~55岁,平均26岁。本科学历2人,大专学历4人,中专学历16人;副主任护师2人,主管护师1人,护理师3人,护士13人,见习护士3人。2012年1~12月护理部来科室检查的护理质量分值、全体护士专科理论成绩、开展两种形式护理查房培训前对护士临床综合能力评定数据为培训前组数据。2013年1~12月护理部来科室检查的护理质量分值、全体护士专科理论成绩、开展两种形式护理查房培训后对护士临床综合能力评定数据为培训后组数据。
1.2 方法
培训前组采用传统护理查房,培训后组采用两种形式的护理查房,具体内容如下。
