医学院校本科生隐性课程体系的构建与实施(1)
[摘要] 针对医学院校本科生教育的现状与特点，通过问卷调查、专家座谈等研究方法，分析隐性课程建设在医学本科生教育中的重要作用和意义，结合全球医学教育最低基本要求从职业价值、态度行为和伦理，医学科学基础，沟通技能，临床技能，群体健康和卫生系统，信息管理，批判性思维和研究七大领域探讨了隐性课程体系开发和建设的可行性方案，并从教学方案、管理网络、持续改进、评价改革等方面提出隐性课程体系推进实施的意见与建议。
