[摘要] 目的 观察喜辽妥加局部干热敷对肿瘤患者PICC致机械性静脉炎的预防作用。 方法 选取2012年9月～2014年11月本院收治行PICC置管肿瘤患者55例，将其随机分成对照组(24例)与研究组(31例)。全部患者均按照标准的操作程序进行PICC置入，研究组在置管成功后给予喜辽妥外涂，加局部干热敷，20～30 min/次，2次/d，持续3 d。对照组给予常规护理，观察统计两组患者机械性静脉炎的发生率。 结果 研究组静脉炎的发生率为3.2%，对照组为20.8%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 喜辽妥加局部干热敷对肿瘤患者PICC所致静脉炎有预防作用。
